I'm not going to approve your comment. Yes, the image is a hologram. It is light projected over a strata of medium to give the illusion of being 3-D, thus it is a hologram. The degree of image viewable does not determine this status as being one or not, only what type of hologram it is.

There are no truly 3-D holographic motion displays, or volumetric displays, only stereographic imagery. Still, the term and concept of holography apply.
