do you have any suggestions for oily lids? I always get creases in my eyeshadow. also should you always us an eye primer and an eyeshadow base?

ur videos r really helpful...thanx! wanna ask u.. u used liquidlast as base for eyeshadow in one of ur videos- does it work the same with fluidline? dya think if i were to smudge my fluidline as base itll enhance the eyeshadow juz the same?
