WEIGHTLOSS UPDATE:
* New diet plan starts as of today June 9th.
* As of the 10th of August I lost about 15.4lbs = 7kg
* 16th of August total loss: 8kg = 17.6lbs.
* 3rd of Sept total loss: 9.5 kg = 20.9lbd.
