The Competition:

- distribute prizes,

The first entrant to correctly guess who Dan Fielding is will win a top prize worth around £700. The following 150 correct entries will win a runner up prize worth around £30.

• The promoter of this competition is Mercenary Films. Entry instructions form part of the rules. No purchase is necessary. This competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over who are resident in the EU, USA or Australia.

• Employees (and their families) of the promoter are not eligible to participate in the competition.

• The prize includes cost of delivery to participant's address, if within the EU. Installation is not included.

• All prizes must be accepted as offered and claimed by 15 December 2007.

• There can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise.

• In the event of a competition prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

• Only one entry per household.

• The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The closing date for this competition is 31st October 2007. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late entries. Proof of sending by email is not proof of receipt of entry.

• Winners will be notified by email after the closing date on 31st October 2007.

• The results of the competition will be available on a website, then details of which will be confirmed after the closing date on 31st October 2007.

• Entry implies acceptance of these rules.

• Winners must be prepared to co-operate with publicity arising as a result of winning a competition.

• Winners may under local legislation be required to declare the price of any product won in its income tax return and pay taxes. Taxes will not be reimbursed by the promoter.

• The competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales
