(which is what happened to me) This emotion is the first step in the awakening process. Anger is only a programed emotion attached to control and power, and learning how to let go of our programed concept of time (past and future,) is the really the key to enlightenment. We have to accept this information, remove ourselves from things that we want to control or feel in power of, and then consciously become aware of our thoughts and emotions. We are simply the observers of our reality, not our thoughts and or our feelings. Christ Consciousness will only emerge within positive thought and emotional patterns within our minds....and this can only be done in the NOW! Great Channel My Friend :)
