Greg Whiteley's documentary "NewYorkDoll" is the story former founding member and bassist of the rock group "NewYork Dolls", Arthur "Killer" Kane.

"The New York Dolls" are credited as being the visionary and definitive proto-glam-punk ensemble that pioneered a look and sound that helped pave the way for the punk and glam rock Dolls look-a-likes who would follow.
