Ryan Lalonde and Bran Rainey are two friends from a small city in Ontario. Although not strictly related, they grew up as cousins and know each other quite well. Now they make videos together.

Most videos follow the lives of the titular "Ryan" and "Bran" characters, who are actually nothing like the creators of the series, despite their names. Additional roles are filled by miscellaneous people. Most music in season two is composed by Red Alien.
