I saw a silver dvc but I don't know what it does and it's double the price. Maybe it gives better quality?

Well, I agree, I'd rather have the real game as opposed to a ROM/ISO if it were available. But if it's a game I've never played before or don't have anymore, I don't have any problems with emulating it.

Yep, I used emulators, because I didn't have any video capture device back then (plus the quality of video is better on an emulator). Now if I own the game I'll try to capture it but if I don't own it then I'll just emulate it.
