Most of the young people speak decent English in Finland. You can easily manage to live here without speaking the native language. Bur if you want to stay longer periods of time... Then you have apply for citizenship. That can be complicated.

this is to the comment on the H2O car,and not having enough water on earth to run it, the only amount of water we dont have enough is -drinking- water, we have enough salt water on this planet to get us by for at least 500 years,the crisis in water only applies to fresh water,and I think if we do use water to fuel our cars,it would be salt water,or some form of filtered salt water,and even then, using water to run our cars is a billion times smarter then running it on fossil fuels or anything that causes a glaze that'll burn this earth, the most water run cars can do to this earth,is make more rain clouds,TO MAKE MORE RAIN! yay! lol later.
