There's a huge difference between Adam Levine and Justin Timberlake's falsetto. Adam's voice has a way wider and stronger range, plus the texture is way richer. And live, there's no real comparison. Timberlake is a good Disney Channel singer (in the sense he comes from that practice, of course now he's a mature artist), but his voice is quite in the average list when it's not backed by heavy computerized bits, though on a acoustic numbers he can quite do a fair job. I like Justin. But live he never matches my true expectations.
