It was Daddy DJ, then DotA, then Rave Girl.

Basically, it's your stronger arm on the bottom pushing out away from you while at the same time your other hand is wrapped around with the palm facing you. You have to pull in toward your face at the same time you push out with the bottom. And it does take a while (me personally 4 months) to build the strength and find the balance.

i have all the best CDs like Tunnel Trance, Bonkers, Dream Dance, etc...to upload them all would destroy the trance industry LOL
