Listen, I honestly do not care what any of you think about me. But just because I don't buy into Creationism, doesn't mean that I'm automatically an athiest. I was raised a Baptist, and you will never find me typing anything that says that Jesus disn't exist.

But for you people to throw around comments about "isn't a true Christian", you people have no idea who I really am. You have no idea whether or not I donate to charity, or help the homeless, or volunteer at hospitals with my fiance who's a nurse, or how often I give of myself. If you think that getting in the way of science that goes against the bible is the only way to be a Christian, then none of you all have any damn idea of what it really means to be one.

The fact of the matter is, is that the chuch, while an authority of God, is run by men. The same men who were mistaken about the Earth being flat, and silenced scientist who said otherwise as heresy. The same men who silenced Galileo and Coprenicus over the sun being the center of the universe and not the Earth. So too will evolution show those same men wrong again, as history tends to repeat itself.

The thing is, is that nobody with half a mind would call evolution a religion anymore than electronic theory. But evolution has NO bearing on my religious beliefs. If using common sense and holding a level of objectiveness when dealing with my religion is athiest, if incorporating reality and science into my beliefs is being an athiest, then fine, I guess I'm an athiest. So is everyone who hasn't put to death any man that has laid with man as a man should lay with woman. So too is anyone who has not stoned a person for working on the Sabbath.

I can also attest to the fact that melan is not a christian. His comments
always attack christians with evolutionary beliefs as well. I have seen him try to contact other atheist and ask them to target me .
