Even we german can'T understand swiss german. :P Youtube is english territory - everybody can understand english (even with accents), that's why (swiss) germans do their stuff in english because of the wider audience. :) Plus we don't have as much retro nerds.

The floating heart you picked up at 5:05 can refill your health - a 2nd way to restore it next to the 'shrooms you stated there is none. Very good review, btw.
