hey i just bought my vx1000 and it will to my place in a week its so sick.

my setup is a sony handycam dcr-hc32 with century optics baby death lens. but im buying a vx1000 today so you can see some new vids later with that.

Yeah the mod is wider and givees the fish eye effect
just adding spacers is pushing the lense farther away and not really doing anything

A 1 chipper is a camcorder with 1 CCD. All pro cameras have 3 CCD's or CMOS(but thats a whole different thing). 3 for the main colors, r,b,g. Red, green, blue. Google search "CCD" for a lot better and more info.
