You're talking about the resolution. You don't have to change it unless you want to. Usually older-style monitors (like the boxy shaped ones) use 800x600. Flat panels usually use 1024x768 or larger. It just kinda changes the way the panel thing (like build mode, buy mode, live mode) is displayed. It doesn't affect gameplay or anything.

Thanks for the comment! You have to go into your game settings and set the video capture quality to high and the video capture size to large for best results. It may go in slow-mo when you film but the end product is well worth it. :-)

I've been taking voice lessons for 3 years now, and I'VE seen improvment, its just people on youtube didnt see me until this year, so they dont know... but i have a lot of time to come to improve, and my voice is still developing.
