I know, I know this is old news, but here's my tagged vid. I'd tag some one but i don't think anyone is left. Enjoy for some laughs if nothing else.
For those of you who don't know, being tagged is a youtube game where, once tagged, you're supposed to tell 5 things about yourself not otherwise known. It went around quite a while ago and I'm just now getting around to it. I've always been a late bloomer. :-)

It's time to make the Roast Beast. This is a great meal for Christmas, New Years or just about any time. It's easy enough for a dad or anyone to make and much better than making a ham. ... and yes I know, I can't say horse radish to save my life!!!

Looks great. Send in photos of food you've made from the vids and we'll put them up. Rob B
Here's a little more difficult meal but well worth it. Make your own pizza dough, cut up some toppings and everyone can make their own personal pizza. It's actually super easy and incredibly good tasting. Anyone can do it.

Here's just a little compilation of a fun live event I did at the Kowalski's Market in Woodbury, MN. My awesome friend Michael Pearce Donley provided music and even wrote a great theme song. What a great guy!
We basically taught people how to make the dip from Game Day snacks and some other appetizer ideas from the Party Appetizers episode.
More live events coming in the coming months....

This is my family's default Sunday-after-meetin' meal. It's super easy and super yum. Try adding some dill to the tuna salad and some pecans to the chicken for added fun. Enjoy.

(The Station just called. i can't use beer.)
Help! My wife and I don't agree. I'm doing a live TV appearance and have been working on this beer marinaded steak recipe for the show. (It's for Father's day) If you could make this and let me know what you think in the comments, we could settle this debate. Also, if you have any ideas for other ingredients let me know. BTW it also works with chicken, just cook it on medium low. And you can cook it on the grill if needed.
If you do a video response I'll send you some free stuff.
I'll post the link once the TV show is posted.
Marinate steak in beer and half a chopped up white onion for at least an hour.
Then combine 2 spoonfuls brown sugar 1 spoonful salt 1 spoonful black pepper 1 spoonful onion powder 1/2 spoonful paprika
mix together. Take steak from marinade and coat all sides with Brown sugar mixture. fry in pan on medium heat for 4 or 5 minutes each side. enjoy.
