Well, seeing is how I no longer own my GBA or my ruby, I really can't, but there's a video to show you what I mean. (It's not my video) Since I can't post links... You'll have to search. Search "pokemon ruby ereader" and you'll see it. It's called "Pokemon Ruby, eReader Battle" that should do it!

You use ereader to make that event actually activate. It will randomly make you battle someone.

okay im editing ruby right i made a new Route yet i cannot enter it on the game how do i get it to do that w/o setting up a warp like the orginal game does i have looked everwhere but found nothing. example:
