6 whole eggs/buter am and coffe

6-8 scoopsof protien throughout the day maybe another coffe or diet coke

2 huge servings of spinach or brocolli with 2 eggs per serving and butter or cream cheese

rotate workouts one day uppper body one day lower repeat

on pig out days i go for haagen dasz icecream or ben and jerrys something with high fat compared to its sugar content. i pig out on some days for the hell of it sometimes but make good use of the extra calories. best to keep fat and protien still high

hey thanks for the invite i just started dieting my self and i think we are the exact same weight creepy. for the most part i just started cutting cheese and sweets and junk food out. i didnt want to start exercising and dieting at the same time because this has always resulted in failure for me. so im taking a different approach this time and starting by dieting for a month then im going to ease into the exercise as no to discourage myself.
