I want to encourage people from all around the world to travel (especially young people)! I cannot even begin to start on how much it has changed me in a positive way. I took a year off from college to do so and I have to say, traveling teaches a person so much more than they'll ever learn in a classroom. I met some of my greatest friends while abroad and learned a lot of life lessons (trust me! =P). I post videos on my youtube channel of places I've been and sometimes speak about them. Right now I post videos of Germany but there are more countries soon to come (France, England, Austria, Sweden, and Denmark)! I also post some videos of my Basset Hound, Dolly, for all you Basset Hound lovers (I know there are many out there =P). I hope you'll enjoy my channel!

I started using youtube in 2006. I got a lot of response from a video I put up where I spoke German. I was shocked at how many people viewed and commented on it! Coincidentally I ended up getting a job in Germany and living there a year (with no intention to) and learned German! I may post some videos speaking German on here to practice and perhaps improve as I don't have much opportunity to speak it being back in the U.S. I also like to post videos of my Basset Hound, Dolly, because she's always doing something fun and interesting. =P As I'm a Graphic Design major I do a lot with computers and am constantly learning new things about them. I hope my videos will get better and better so this channel can become more and more interesting. Enjoy!

Ich wusste gar nicht das Deutsch so eine schwierige Sprache sein kann... It would be nice when i can speak english just like german..

ich habe hier in youtube noch niemanden getroffen der Deutsch sprechen kann :) Das ist echt schön zu hören, dass es so jemanden gibt! Ich habe gehört ihr könnt "ch" nicht aussprechen.. stimmt das?

Anyway,feel free to ask me questions about Cologne,Germany. Cologne is definitely better than Munich and the Bavarians are not able to speak "Hochdeutsch" lol I couldn't agree with you more,german grammar is really hard.Many german people can't even speak german properly. I already visited New York and Los Angeles,but i would like to visit San Francisco. Would you recommend me to visit San Francisco?Do you prefer to write in english or german? Ich kann jetzt auch etwas auf Deutsch schreiben,damit du nicht aus der Übung kommst. Hier in Köln ist momentan kein schönes Wetter und deswegen beneide ich dich. Ich vermisse die Sonne Kaliforniens und insbesondere den Strand in Los Angeles, Santa Monica. Viele Grüsse Roman |
