I didn't rec this myself. If I remember correctly, this video was posted on some croatian blog that deals with all kinds of strange phenomena. Blog itself was rather silly and poorly written, but there were some really interesting vids posted there. I'll try to find that blog, because there was a clip of even stranger atmonspheric phenomenon than this one.
