I completed my first Body For Life Challenge on January 5th, 2008 and my second BFL challenge on March 30th, 2008. I then started the P90X program and finished my first round on June 28th, 2008. I began round 2 on July 28th, 2008 and will be posting updates here. Thank you for watching as I continue my quest to get into better shape and improve my health and fitness...It is a work in progress, but I am getting there :)
Âge : 33
I turned 33 in September 2007 and was not happy with how I felt in terms of my physical fitness or with what I was seeing in the mirror. Despite being active and eating healthy (for the most part) I had gradually gained weight over the last 3 years and got to about 25lbs heavier than I wanted to be. It was time for a change...

This Video Log was created to follow my journey to better health and fitness. I have used the Body For Life / Eating For Life methods and most recently discovered the P90X Program - which kicks ass!

hey man just had a question for you i see you have posted alot of your weight and body fat percentage just wondering y it started to go back up and have you been using the p90x eating program just wondering if you changed anything that you were doing good luck!!

All is well here in California, accept for the shaking this week. I have been attempting to change my eating habits and role into the suggested nutrition plant this week. I also went through the house and trashed all the junk food, amazing enough I have been shedding weight since I became aware of this program.

I need to start this week my first round of P90X, I am thinking of going with the lean program. I will take pictures and do my measurements this weekend.

Glad to hear you are all right and traveling the world. I hope to get more travel time back in my life now that I am getting a divorce, time is mine again.

I started my first P90X program on 03/31/08 and finished on 06/28/08. I start P90X Round 2 soon. I learned a lot on Round 1 and hope to see even better results on Round 2. I'll be posting video blogs as I go through Round 2 and full updates at the 30, 60 and 90 day marks. Wish me luck!
