I cant stop listening to this christina aguilera's song from her Back To Basics Album (amazing album by the way). It is just so beautiful! I tried to look for the instrumental (thanks TakiyahJ for giving me the link) but it was more of a midi, so I decided to just sing part of the song acapella...definitely not easy without any instruments, but I tried, so please be gentle with the comments :) (btw, there is like 0.5 sec delay between voice and video)

Touch my Body is Mariah's new single from her album E=MC2 (available in stores april 24 2008). I know it's Mariah Carey, but I just wanted to do my little rendition...I had to sing this song! I recorded it the other day on the studio, and I added all the harmonies and doubles later. I wanted to make an actually video for the song but I didn't have my camara in there. I may still do a video later on...

First song I sing in Spanish! I am sorry but I am still a little bit sick (the flue doesnt wanna leave me!), but I just couldnt wait to sing again! This song is called La Pared by Shakira. From the album Fijacion Oral (Oral Fixation), it was not released as a single I believe (though she did have a live performance [actuaction en directo] and made it a video of it), but I love the lyrics, and this acoustic/piano is even better than the other one she has on her album. My favorite songs from that album are La Tortura, En Tus Pupilas, No y Las De La Intuicion. There are some good tracks on her english version (Don't Bother, Illegal and Your Embrace) but I prefer the spanish one better...

After doing my last video, some people had asked me to sing Las De La Intuicion in full, so I gave it a try (thanks metaltitude, shakibee...) Its definetely a much lower tone that I usually sing, so it was a bit of a challenge...I like the English and Spanish versions, but I personally prefer the Spanish one :) I added the extra vocals in the chorus afterwards.
At the very end, I sang little part of Shakira's beautiful new song called Hay Amores. It is from the soundtrack of the movie "Love in the Time of Cholera" (El Amor En Tiempos De Colera) directed by Mike Newell. It is a very good romantic movie (you can see some of the movie scenes in Shakira's official video of this song). If you haven't watched it, I recommend it! Another song that Shakira sings in that soundtrack is called "Despedida".

I've always loved this song but I sort forgot about it until Beyonce sang it in her True Star Commercial...Thats where I got the idea of singing a little bit acapella ;)
