Many people will be watching this performance with a great sense of nostalgia and awe of the bends period back in the mid 90's whether its the innovative music videos, the unique atmosphere of this album ..the bends was mostly ignored after its initial release and instead overtime has slowly developed a following ..
even if you miss this particular era of the bands sound, its hard not to admire them for continuously trying to create new worlds of sound on each album which creates excitement and anticipation, their albums are usually a reaction to the music they are listening to at the time, and back then, magazine, jeff & Tim buckley, scott walker, sonic youth, queen, the smiths, the beatles were major influences on the band, this is an album you play anytime and it still sounds fresh and bald, it was voted by Time Magazine as the 2nd greatest Album ever made .. ..
Radiohead played high and dry & the bends on jools holland in 1995 alongside Elvis Costello & artists such as Chris Isaak and a brilliant raggae group named " Lucky Dube ".
