haha oohk so what you do is first you find a pic of what u want on google images. (example: kevin jonas!:) ) then you copy that picture. next you go to "account" at the top of the screen and click on channel design. then you scroll down until you see the "advanced design customation" little section thingy. then you see where it says bacround image URL and in the little box thingy,you paste your picture and it should work. and if this is too confusing just call me or something. haaaa:)
