Ok, So since creating this account I have found some awesome people taking the fitness/weight loss journey. I actually thought about creating a separate account before joining in with the group (gut2cut) as sort of a mask.(some of my real life friends know who I am on here) But that wouldn't be keeping it very real would it? So here I am, this is me and my journey to be fit.

I am a stay at home mother of 3. Two of whom I've birthed and another I've raised since he was 3 months old.

So.. here it is.. My weight now and how far I've already come and where I'm going to be!
Wow, can't believe I'm gonna do this.. but it's a whole part of keeping it real right?
URG! lol
OK.. I am 5'5
When I realized my weight was creeping up on me my stupid ass scales said "get off me ya fat ass!" Ok no, really.. they said 164 lbs
Then I had this bet going with a friend to see who could lose the most weight in a month. I did the Super Soup diet and got down to 158. Was so gross and unhealthy but hey, I won! lol Needless to say I put all but one lb back on after I went off that stupid diet. So that put me back up to 163. By the start of the new year I started to get really serious about getting fit and by Feb. 5th I was at 160.
Heres the memory log in my scale.
2-5 160
2-14 157
On 2-16 I weighed in before I left for vacation @ 156
Came home two weeks later and weighed in on
3-6 154 Great two lbs lighter than b4 I left! I expected to gain while I was gone cuz Texas has the greatest food in the world!
Apparently I lazed around a lil too much just enjoying being home and somehow managed to put a few lbs back on! By March 18th I was back up to 158!! (Started using this cool site called Calorie-Count) and this is my progress so far through there.
I've made Mondays my weigh day, keeps me accountable for the weekends!

The goal I set through the site I'm using is to be 145 lbs by May 15th.. 5.4 lbs to go! My new goal for spring into action is 135, maybe 140. Depends on how I'm looking when I get there.. 135 might be a lil to small for my med. boned frame. So 10 to 15 lbs.. we'll see. Spring N2 Action ends July 12th.
